Buddy Hall Fund Program

Supporting Trap–Neuter–Release (TNR) in Boundary County

The Buddy Hall Fund was created to help manage and reduce the feral cat population in our community through safe, humane Trap–Neuter–Release (TNR) practices.

How Do I Qualify?

To participate in this program, the following criteria must be met:

  • Cats must be feral (wild, un-owned, and un-handleable).
This program is intended for true feral cats and is not available for owned pets or friendly stray cats.

  • Cats must arrive in a live trap for the safety of our staff and the cat.
We cannot accept feral cats in carriers or boxes.

  • All cats will receive an ear tip at the time of surgery.
Ear tipping is the universal symbol that a feral cat has been spayed or neutered. This helps prevent unnecessary re-trapping and surgery in the future.

Boundary County residents only
The cost is $20 per cat through the Buddy Hall Fund.
